Prism Strategies is led by Dr. Nwakamma “Kamma” Ahubelem, an accomplished specialist in Dangerous Goods compliance, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Human Health Risk Assessment. With over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning the defence, aerospace, energy, infrastructure, and environmental consulting industries, Prism Strategies brings a high level of technical acumen, regulatory insight, and operational pragmatism to every engagement. Kamma (pronounced KAH-ma), short for Nwakamma.

Dr. Ahubelem holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, with a research focus on the formation of toxic gases, and a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering. He also holds formal certifications in Work Health and Safety, and Training and Assessment, reinforcing his strong foundation in both technical risk and adult education.

Prism Strategies is built on a foundation of rigorous training and global compliance expertise, including:

  • Dangerous Goods certifications for air (IATA), sea (IMDG), road (ADR/ADG), and cross-jurisdictional transport (49 CFR, TDG, NZ).
  • Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
  • Specialised credentials in Hazardous Chemical Risk Assessment, Occupational Hygiene, Toxicology, Noise and Vibration Monitoring, and ICAM Incident Investigation.
